She tells that she thought of setting up her own cart only after her husband’s death. Now we are getting good feedback from customers.
Madhu Verma tells that her husband Satish Kumar was fond of cooking and serving food. Satish, a businessman by profession, used to prepare very tasty mutton and chicken at home. He left this world at the age of 55. Madhu was devastated after her husband’s death, but her children supported her. Madhu told Local 18 that with great courage he decided to set up a food cart and finally got a place at the Boring Road intersection. Since then she has been feeding people mutton, chicken and paratha. According to Madhu, people who eat mutton and chicken here come here again and again. They say that it tastes exactly like home here.

Madhu tells that earlier she had also hired staff on her cart, but the work did not go well. Therefore, for the last six months, she has been running her food cart with the help of her son Rishabh and daughter Riya. She says that it is only because of her son and daughter that she gets the courage to do this work. According to Madhu, she always feels that her late husband is helping her in her work. Let us tell you that here you will get to eat 1 piece chicken and paratha for Rs 49. Whereas you will get 02 pieces mutton for Rs 140. The price of paratha is Rs 25 per piece. Along with this, rice and cumin rice are also included in the menu. Customers eat paratha or rice as per their choice.
